NO STARS AT ALL! if your account is with this agency please try to pay the creditor directly or advise the creditor of your intensions to pay. Bridgeway will take your money..report it as unpaid to Equifax then come back and ask for more money double what you paid initially. They say its interest but your original creditor will not be getting it anyways. Just out to get peoples money even after they pay their debt off. What does Steve get out of ruining peoples credits and lives??!!!!

I think loan sharks have a bad rep as it is but I have met some of the nicest sweetest ones until this man. Thanks to those kind souls i have been able to start repairing my credit. I think it's funny that in his own review he tries to portray his job at being at fault for people's complaints. nope. The problem is not the job. It also isn't the fact that you have someone calling wanting to be paid. The problem is a man hiding behind a computer being miserable and rude to anyone and everyone. Had the bad luck of meeting this man the other day and after passing my anger I just feel pity for him. I wouldn't wish to be him in a million years. Men like him need to try an squeeze power to make up for others things that maybe missing withing themselves. I strongly suggest always having a third person when interacting with him. A monkey is more civilized than this man. I had to have cops stay babysitting cause he would not let me talk. The use of threats, blackmail slander and belittling are all this company had to offer me. Currently waiting to hear back from the company who gave out my information to him. Emotional distress is no joke guys, everyone deserves respect. Please people do not let anyone ever walk over you because you owe money instead pray so they can be better humans one day.

This company reached out to me over my facebook account asking for my boyfriends information. Not only is this illegal but extremely unprofessional. After reading other reviews I see that Steve is not someone anyone wants to deal with and after being sought out through my private Facebook account I am especially disgusted with this company. We are paying off our loans, are expecting a baby in august and dont need this bs. I will be reporting this company as many other people have.

I received a call from this collection agency because someone used my name and number as a reference without my permission. I called them back to inquire about why they called me and they told me the situation. When I tried explaining that I wasn't associated with that person, they started calling me names and asked me if I was deaf! I'm not even the person who has an account with them! Will be reporting for harassment.
