I had the worst experience dealing with Bella management. Extremely unprofessional, irresponsible and careless employees. They have zero communication skills and the secretaries are very rude. We have spent almost 4 weeks after submitting our rental application trying to get confirmation from the landlord. However, there was absolutely no sort of communication happening. They made us wait but they seemed to have never contacted the landlord in the first place. I've never dealt with a company who disregards their customers this much. Truly disappointing. Honestly my 9 year old brother could run a better company.

Very rude staff at the front office
I am an owner who was mistreated due to a flooding that occurred in my condo. The work was not completed in my condo and it took over a year to get most of the work done. There are still items that were not completed! Do not recommend this company at all!
