I came to the MTS location on Victoria after being extremely displeased with my customer service experience at their Shoppers Mall location. The man who helped me (I unfortunately do not remember his name) was very helpful. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He made me feel very welcome in the store, answered all of my questions clearly and provided me with lots of information. I left the store feeling very well informed about my options. Thank you for the GREAT service !

I highly recommend Bell MTS over Westman Communications. They have faster internet, better cable packages with higher resolution PVRs, and are the original and best home phone service provider. I have 4K content now which doesn't work through WCG's coax cable. Even though they're not local, Bell MTS is still Manitoban and they have much more intelligent and friendly Phone Tech Support Technicians than the condescending, poorly trained and stick to the script techs at WCG.
Did not handle my complaint
BellMTS customer service rep was so rude. The vehicle license plate’s “Friendly Manitoba” definitely does not apply at BellMTS customer service.
MTS is pathetic. They took over a year to change our mailing address. Every month, we call and sometimes be at MTS in person giving our new home address to update. Everytime we get the bill it still has our previous home address. It still has the previous address today. We were going to get basic tv and the lady on the phone tells me we will offer you the basic that's priced at 58.85 down to 40 a month for 1 FULL YEAR. Than when she calls my husband to let them know there coming out and what time they will be here, she changes the price and tells him a whole different price. My husband tells me that were not getting the 40 for 12 months like they said we would. We cancelled the appointment and will be watching our bills very closely to make sure they don't sneak the Fibe Basic TV on our bill for 58.85 Please stay away from MTS as there nothing but liars and can't ever update your account after many attempts of telling them.
Staff said i owe a lot of money infront of customers. I was really embarrassed
Customer service is decent.
We’ve always had a pleasant experience at this store. They offered us the right service and also added current promotions. The staff is amicable and welcoming.
