Worst customer service I've ever dealt with! 3 days and 15 hours on the phone (1 call I spent 30 mins on hold in 1 go!) And STILL no further ahead in the issues I'm having. I continue to get disconnected from the only representatives that can understand me & I them, and for the most part end up struggling trying to explain repeatedly what the issue is to someone who English isn't a first (or 2nd or even 3rd!) Language. It's incredibly frustrating when you're already annoyed, then have to explain things 5 different ways & still get nowhere. Cancelling my phone and (crummy) fiberop and going elsewhere

Worst company in Canada!!! I got an esim for my business back in may 2020. I got a new phone and tried to get them to transfer the esim over. when i called they said i had to go into the store, so i did, where they told me i had to call. After 4 time of them telling me to go back and forth i told them to cancel the account. Now in January 2021 i come to find theyve been charging me the entire time and made me pay and extra 126 just to cancel my account now. After taking my money they hung up on me. I ended up calling 16 today to cancel my account. i finally got it "cancelled" but i wont be surprised if if they are continuing to bill me. Absolutely disgusting service and customer service. STAY AWAY!!!

This guys offers worst customer service! They are like “get a wifi from us at high price but don’t expect Good Speed or customer service because that’s not what we do! Call customer service “we will definitely keep transferring ur call”
I got overcharged for 6 months, and tried to change it a couple of times. Finally got fed up and called. Customer service was amazing, they upgraded me for free, and refunded the extra charges

My outbound service was stopped due to “arrears”. I contacted billing and customer service to inquire why I had no outbound cell service. The customer service reps were evasive and rude and it took be transferred three times to finally get a straight answer. My outbound calls were stopped because Bell Bills its customers one month in advance. When I asked how I would be compensated for the lack of service the customer representative rudely replied “You won’t. You are responsible to pay your bill on time!” He then hung up on me ad I asked to speak to his supervisor. I have an appt at noon at the Charlottetown office to discuss my account. I will post after this to relay how that went.
They think nothing of breaking the law. Trying to get my phone switched somewhere else. They refuse to give me the unlock code. You couldn't imagine more rude or disrespectful costomer service. Absolutely pathetic
