Due to COVID 19, only 2 people can be in the store at a time. I had to wait 10 min but service was excellent. Much better that calling Bell customer service as the store reps understand the needs around Muskoka Lakes.

Looking for help due to excessive data use. Waited 10 mins outside EMPTY store. Guy comes out like he's being bothered and asks what my problem is. Then directs me to online tech support. Thanx soo much for the support I expected!! Never had a good experience here.
