Had an issue with the carafe and after contacting Euro-Parts on a holiday I received an email the following day offering a no question, no hassle, no charge replacement sent by courier to my home. Product was out of warranty but still offered a full replacement. Super Customer Service...Thank you Annelies (Euro-Part customer service rep.)

I have an AEG Combi steam oven, that has one rust hole and more forming on the bottom of the over. The retailer, on my behalf, reached out to Euro-parts to discuss replacing within the 2 year warranty period and they have so far accused us of using abrasive cleaning products on the metal leading to the extreme rust spots forming. My militant wife doesn't own an abrasive cleaning product in the house, she's a bit of a hippie with this stuff so I am positive it wasn't that. My traditional oven by F&P has no issues what so ever...They have offered to discount a new but so far aren't prepared to do anything other than that....so we will see how this company stands up to its product and warranties.
