Houston Faye was exceptional! Work was done on time and very professional! We had a flood in our basement and we are extremely happy with ease of process and how everything was handled! Would highly recommend!

BELFOR did an exceptional job restoring my Guest room and Garage, which resulted from a broken water line in the Guest room flooding the whole top floor and garage below. There was a lot of restoration required... replacing the flooring, replacing wall insulation, painting walls, restoring bathroom cabinetry. The water damage cleanup was a lot of work which BELFOR got onto it immediately drying out the floors and walls. All contents were tagged and moved into storage before work could begin. This process took a lot of time because of the tagging and packing everything to go into storage. They did an awesome job.... everything was handled with care, packed & labeled. The whole restoration process was handled very professionally and the client's concerns were addressed promptly. I would recommend them highly for any restoration job and would use them again. THANK YOU BELFOR for all your hard work and service!!

Great company, fantastic service. Had water damage on December 25th and they showed up within an hour for emergency control and prevention of further damage. Very impressed with their fast service considering it was a holiday. Had a repair schedule within days and everything was repaired accordingly. All trades came on time and were professional. Being over 70 and having suffered a previous flooding to our condominium we were very apprehensive and frustrated to get repairs. Project Manager, Houston FAYE immediately relieved our fears as he guided us through the restoration. Houston is a compassionate person who communicated regularly and efficiently scheduled the trades people throughout this project. Belfor employees along with sub contracted trades people were punctual, polite and did excellent work. Beyond insurance we had several upgrades done. The upgrades were done smoothly, reasonably and without difficulty to us. I would highly recommend Belfor for anyone requiring this type of service
