It was a great pleasure dealing with Tracey and Darren. Their immediate attention especially on the 24 and 25th of December was excellent. Their emergency service was so greatly appreciated especially before the water could have damaged even more if we waited till after the holidays. I find they were extremely organized and very attentive to everything we needed. The people that were sent here to do the work were very professional and were always on time, which is rare these days, All the projected work was organized and carried out in a very timely manner. Shea and Leah schedule and inform very very well, and if there are any questions or hiccups, go out of their way to come up with solutions and/or get other trades asap.
