I recently had to deal with Belfor due to a claim. I called on a weekend. I received a callback very quickly and Charles came to my house that evening. He was helpful, knowledgeable and sympathetic. The next morning he had a team at my house (quicker than I anticipated) to clean out my basement. The team was FANTASTIC! They were very thorough and efficient in their work. Over the next couple of weeks when I had to contact Charles, he responded quickly and I never felt like a bother. If I ever have a claim, I would gladly use them again! Fantastic work!!!
