This place is a great couple's getaway. The location was great, the manager did upgrade us upon arrival because of a delay of the original cabin. The room was really nice, we liked it a lot but the cleaning was not as was expected. I found this place very pricey for the amount of time spent on site. Check-in was extremely late at 5 p.m, and check-out was very early at 10 a.m.

Excellent place to stay with tons of on-site activities. We stayed at Alpine Chalet and loved our stay. We came up here to avoid COVID and the city. Lots trails both on and off-site for the kids as well as snow bike rentals etc.
Everything I expected and more! This was such a beautiful escape from Toronto. We stayed at the Vail chalet which was away from the other chalets and that made it even more peaceful. The price is definitely worth the stay as everything was sanitized and exactly as the pictures look. Very friendly staff at all times. And no disappointments the entire stay. Definitely will be visiting again!
I stayed in the Bubble dome for a couple of days. It was nice to have a private sauna and hot tub. However, the price point is very disappointing. Given the luxury price, I would expect at least some shampoo and soap in the shower. This cabin has the bare essentials. I don't expect them to provide cooking oil but my chalet just had one champagne glass, instead of two. No personal care products, except some basic soap for the powder room. The bottom of the sauna cabin had a sheet of ice. It would have been nice if the caretakers took care of this between the guest so that it would be easy access. It would also be nice if someone could clear the dome of snow so that the view would be unobstructed. The hot tub is nice and a good place to enjoy the stars. However, it would have been nice if it was placed closer to the door of the dome, for easy access. Instead of directly across the door, the hot tub is located in the farthest corner from the door, and in plain sights of other domes, giving it less privacy. The dome is nice and toasty and can be controlled with a nest. The floor is heated too for an added bonus. We did enjoy the grounds, and they have a cute farm with alpacas. The staff are very pleasant and try to be accommodating. Unfortunately, we just feel that a romantic couple gateway could have been easily upgraded with a few simple amenities. I wanted to love it, but at this price, I would rather save my money for a real 5 star experience, or stayed in a normal chalet for a week instead of 2 days.
Trust and read the reviews before booking. Considering it’s covid-19 I made sure to read all the reviews and call before booking to ask several questions like what’s available to do in the area during these times were in, are any activities currently available, is there known bridge with light open etc. The receptionist mention before booking that there bridge with lights is open, the farm and to book other activities with there action tremblant partners. This was about a wk before booking/ my arrival date. When we arrived after driving 6hrs for my girlfriends birthday the receptionist mentioned that this bridge is closed, the farm is closed and nothing is currently open. So my question is why when I called you didn’t Divulge this information? And pretty much just lie to secure a sale. Especially for the price of this domes. You should definitely be transparent to those that call to inquiry. The dome is definitely nice, the hot tub we enjoyed. But I was definitely disappointed that these small activities weren’t available after they mentioned it would be. No suggestions on others things to do, they were very cold and unapologetic. It was “it’s not open and that’s it.” They tried blaming it on the rain (which was the first night) the 2nd night it was dry. Just a lot of excuses. Would I ever go back. Highly doubt it. But this place does have potential to be great but currently lacking. I’ve travelled to a lot of places not only within Canada but all over the world and would say I was truly disappointed with my stay here. We made the best of it and searched other things to do close by and in surrounding areas.
Our stay at Bel Air was perfect! The mini loft, Aspen, is beautiful. Everything is high quality, modern and clean. The amenities available were fantastic as well. We skated on the Bel Air private lake which was wonderful and took advantage of our private hot tub. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!
Belair Tremblant very nice place to stay. I came back 2 times already and the environment is so nice and quiet. Clubhouse very modern and service very good. Hiking very
We loved our stay! From booking to the time we spent there! Everything was amazing! We have two young children under the ages of 5 and even they had fun! We can’t wait to be back! We are hooked!
