Ms.Leah is a wonderful instructor that knows exactly how to teach someone who isn't comfortable with the water. Working with Ms.Leah, I have become more comfotable with swimming and can now move in the water with confidence. The facility and pool is always clean and well looked after.
Originally signed up my son for a 7-8pm class. Spoke to someone before to confirm and couldnt remember the start time. Was told 8-9pm. I said thats too late, my son wouldnt be in bed til 9:45 on a school night. Was tokd there was a 7-8pm class with another level 7 swimmer in it. I said thats the time I originally thought I signed up for. Was told he could switch no problem. Well it was no problem until I showed up for his first class. Ms. Brittney asked why he was there for that time. I told her the story and I was met with attitude and told that that wasnt his time. That there were level 4's in there. I told her that I was told there was another level 7 and that someone switched me to this class and said it would be ok. I told her keeping my kid up that late wont happen. She told me she would let it slide this time but next time it wont happen. No problem. My kid is out of the pook and will never swim there again. Let it slide with someone else.
