Very rude cashier today, normally no issues as I have been going to this store since it opened, ( 10 years maybe?) I am a 50 year old adult and was treated as a juvenile. I was not familiar with the black box return policy, only because i normally return full boxes of empties. When I questioned the process, the employee gave me attitude and sighed, like it was a chore to instruct me. I can not simply go somewhere else as they have monopolized the market. I asked for a receipt to confirm returns / purchases, and again attitude pursued. I hope management will address employee #69913 appropriately.

Four times in a row I have been in and a simple step like giving me a dollar in change turns into a drawn out 3 to 4 minute so clearly the staff is not trained on cash. Very disappointing for a large company like this to have staff that can’t make simple change if it’s not that when I asked for product I have to repeat myself 3 to 4 times And after speaking to people as I’m putting my product in the trunk I’m not the only one that feels this way so yet again the stuff is under educated on the product that they are selling. I will make the effort and drive to another township just so that I don’t have to deal with these issues for me I’d rather have my buying experience be a positive one.
