This place is right next to my barber Kal's. I have used him before to cut some keys. He is friendly and will save you money with things you may not even notice when buying multiple keys. Clean place and well lit.
Old school key cutting by hand, not the automated type from Walmart or Home Depot. Yes, I had to go back because the key didn't work the first time , but that's the beauty of manual key cutting. It'll probably be a lost skill soon
