Hi my name is Kim Fougere. I have been seeing Krista at I-Brow & Laser Clinic for the past few years now. I have been doing my own eyebrows for many years myself & I managed to get them very small & did alot of damage to my eyebrows to the point some spots stopped growing altogether. I done my research on Microblading & found Krista online. When I contacted Krista she was very polite soft spoken easy to talk to. Krista was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions. When I met Krista she made me feel very comfortable from day one. Krista has made me feel beautiful with my new eyebrows & making them look very natural. After my treatment & during the healing process I had some concerns & Krista was very quick to reply back to my concerns. I can not thank Krista enough for making me feel beautiful my eyebrows have given me a boost of confidence & lifted up my self-esteem. I highly recommend Krista she is the best A-1 in my book. I look forward to seeing Krista again in the near future for a touch up.

I paid 762.50 (including tip) to have Microblading done in Feb 2020, was told a 4 week touch up was included in the price. Within the 4 week span, the outbreak took place in the early stages. No one from iBrow & Laser Clinic called to inform me about any rescheduling for cancelled "touch up" appts. I texted the owner Krista to inquire as I heard nothing after paying for the service .The response I received from her was very condescending and hurtful in a text. Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Krista- please remove the photo that you took of my eyebrows and posted as you know in the recent photo I sent you do not look anything of the like.

My eyebrows were very light and non pronounced. Tints have never lasted on me. I decided to splurge and get a semi permanent on each eye brow. I love the colour and shape. Krista is very professional and has a sweet personality as well. She makes you feel very comfortable and confident in her expertise. Thank you Krista !
