If I lived closer I would get a membership and probably practically live here. It is so interesting and cool to see all the different species ranging from fungi all the way to large animals. Also there is a full skeleton of a blue whale if that isn't enough incentive. 10/10 would recommend.

Not the most entertaining museum if you’re going with a young family. We had a good hour with our 7 year old so I would recommend combining this with another activity or two, especially if you’re like us coming from a suburb. As mentioned it starts out with a massive blue whale skeleton. Hugely impressive. Then you’ve got some cool stuffed animals. After that there’s just not a ton of other stuff to keep a kid interested.
Pretty fun time. I loved how organized and how many hand sanitizer stations they had. The only down side was the cost, between parking and entrance fee, it was costly. Still, if you are in the area worth a visit.
A variety of pieces and collections are prodived at The Beaty Biodiversity Museum. Very educational and fun experience. I can potentially see myself coming back here.
The museum feels more like a vault for preserved organisms. There are about 50ish rows of shelves that store different specimens. Some slots of the shelves become beautiful showcases of the animals; others seen to be stored for academic studies. It's one of the most functional and compact museum showcases I have seen and very impressive collection the University displays
