Absolutely horrible customer service. The branch NEVER provides any help instead directing you to 1800 numbers where you get tossed around and no one helps you there either. Will be looking into closing my accounts with TD. They have really become a horrible bank in the years I've dealt with them.

Why is this location STILL closed, despite most industries going back to work since Covid struck? I've been into two other banks this week for other reasons (Scotia & RBC) and they're functioning fine. Very unhelpful for the elderly and those of us on strict schedules, when we have to leave town to do the banking we can't do online (take out cash, directly cash cheques, get bank drafts etc).
They are always very nice to me there. Thank you!
The manager at this branch, Gerri, is absolutely fantastic. She solved all the nightmares I'd been having with TD with swift professionalism. She is so kind, personable and overall helpful. I only stumbled upon this branch as I live an hour away but I wish I could go to this branch every time!!
I am a regular customer at this branch, and recently it took 25min at the counter to deposit 12 cheques. Frequently a second employee needs to initial a cheque for deposit. The custom service is getting worse at this branch.
