We shopped around for quite a while to make a decision on which brand of tub to purchase and where to purchase it from. Researching hot tubs online is a very tough process - everyone claims to be the best and prices are all over the map. We ultimately decided on a beachcomber based on our previous positive experience with a tub we had to leave behind when we sold our previous home. We spoke with a few beachcomber dealers and ultimately decided to purchase from Lori at culligan in Brantford. She was very knowledgeable, provided a great customer service and was there to take care of us when the digital display wasn’t working properly. It is all fixed now and our family enjoys it almost daily. Throughout the entire experience of purchasing, delivery, having water tested, the repair completed I can honestly say that each and every staff member has provided an excellent service. I can’t recall all their names, but in particular Lori, Courtney in the office and the service tech James went above and beyond in all our dealings. I would, will and do 100% recommend culligan (beachcomber) Brantford to anyone.

My neighbour has a 20 year old beachcomber hot tub and my dad has had 2 of them. I shopped around and kept coming back to the Brantford Beachcomber location. Melissa was amazing to deal with and everyone at Beachcomber made the delivery and set up seamless. Thanks!
Our first Beachcomber hot tub lasted over 18 years and we now have our second since May 2019. This a testament to show how excellent this product is and how extremely good the quality is and the longevity of this product. We would highly recommend a Beachcomber to anyone. If there was more then 5 stars I would give it! Melissa and her staff were absolutely amazing. We walked in ( this was our first place we started at) looking for information so we could make an Informed decision when purchasing our hot tub. After and hour and half of us asking numerous questions we were blown away with their customer service, the beachcomber products itself, the warranty on their product and honestly we didn’t feel like we needed to go Anywhere else to purchase our hot tub! We can not recommend them enough, we love supporting local business and over the moon with our purchase! Thank you Melissa and staff for your wonderful service! Beachcomber Tubs 244 Lynden Rd, Brantford, ON I can’t save enough positive things about Beachcomber Tubs in Brantford, Brant. Having a hot tub for many years previously, I still researched endlessly the best hot tub to purchase for my new home. So I was quite informed before I even set foot into the store. Having listened to other sales reps in other stores, give you non factual info as part of their sales pitch, it was a pleasure dealing with Melissa. Melissa was superb, she was very knowledgeable, truthful, helpful, understanding and listened to my needs. Her customer service skills are excellent and she has been positively helpful through all the stages of purchase, delivery and set up. The prices were extremely good and the service exceptional. I had learned a lot of important information on how hot tubs are built and what to look out for. Beachcomber did very well in producing extremely well-made hot tubs with the right base, installation, connections glued and clamped etc., etc. I have not had the Beachcomber hot tub very long, but so far I’m extremely happy with it, no problems at all. The after sales service has been excellent and Melissa always gets back immediately to answer any questions. Again her customer service skills are excellent and she makes you me feel part of the beachcomber family. I am so pleased with the service and the hot tub I purchased. Thank you Melissa and her team.
