I don't usually write reviews but I went into Beach sewing with some questions and a hope of repairing a new (cheap) sewing machine - that I had broken through inexperience . The owner was blunt in his assessment of my machine, but SUPER nice and knowledgable, he was able to fix my machine, teach me a little about the machine, tell me some stories of Ireland and amaze me with the deftness of his fingers and speed of repair! Highly recommend for straight-talk and excellent service. Will buy from him if we ever buy a new machine and may also consider some classes there when the pandemic allows.

I'm new to sewing machines and have no skill at sewing in any capacity. But I can usually find my way around to fixing things around the house. When i was asked to look at a \mechanical\ sewing machine I did not last long : ( Beach Sewing Centre was great at helping me over the phone. When I failed to repair my machine I brought my Singer 5430c to the shop where the owner had a quick 30sec look and fixed within 3min. Without charge! I later brought my sewing machine back for tune up anyway (because I was advised this should be done somewhat regularly). Tune up and service was excellent and reasonably priced. The owner knows his stuff so he can be bit intimidating haha! But his eagerness to support and bring out the best in your sewing machine is undeniable. I recommend semi-regular tune up for your sewing machine and I certainly recommend the Beach Sewing Centre.
