While they have supplies for professionals they generally are tailored towards homeowners, which no doubt reflects their main customer base. Nonetheless the staff are extremely helpful. I’ve even had them help me load my van with lumber and supplies. During the pandemic calling in and ordering materials or equipment over the phones was easy due to knowledgeable staff. I would not say that their retail side negatively impacts their contractor service in any significant way.

My favorite local store. Friendly staff and they are happy to order in items for you if they are not in stock! An excellent place to stop for seasonal gifts and greating cards!
