I have called for weeks asking for an item and keep being told “next week”. Today I was told if I order it online, I’ll get it faster. I decided to check up on my order as I had not received a confirmation email but the funds had come out of my account, only to find out that the items are not in stock and they’re not sure when they will be! So you can take my money and not deliver an item? I would have gone elsewhere had it not been for the reviews.

under new management shop looks good and pricing also reasonable. wide selection. open on Saturdays is helpful.
You will not find a more knowledgeable or friendly supplier of vinyl, equipment or substrates. Benjamin is the best. The only place I get my vinyl from.
