Our experience working with BcrBasements was nothing but amazing especially being out of the country during the design and renovation process our basement turned out incredible the online portal made it easy for us select all of our fixtures and finishes and keep track of our budget and schedule. When we first came in to see the basement it was amazing. The lighting was bright, the finishes were excellent, the team that came in to do the work for us were professional, they were on time, and as soon as they got here in the morning conducted themselves very well. BCR came in and were very professional about it. They showed us exactly what they were going to do, and it worked out that way. BCR came in and gave us exactly what we wanted. You were straightforward, Frank, and presented everything to us very matter-of-factly.
They are excellent. They finished our basement and we could not be happier. Our basement looks awesome and feels more like a condo. I would highly recommend them!
