First Class! BC Upfitters just outfitted our new sprinter van. Not only did they do a great job and everything they said they would do... they also completed it on time and under budget. Had work done there in the past, they were ok! Then I made another appointment to get a quote for my sprinter van. Took pretty much half my day on a weekday to bring in my van and get a quote. Was told I’d get pricing soon. It’s now been over 2 months and haven’t heard back. They seem to not care about their customer service.. don’t bring your vans or trucks here they will take up your time then never get back to you. Even if the price of lower than the competition it’s NOT worth the wasted time and effort. The owner can’t handle the clientele, not organized doesn’t care.

I had a transit van outfitted here, and the quality of the finished product was exceptional. They didn't cut any corners on the installation. Mike was great at making changes when the items I had requested didn't quite fit. The communication could have definitely been better on their part as I had to call several times for updates. They don't really have a showroom, and in general their shop seemed fairly disorganized. That being said, the fantastic workmanship shows that these guys really know what they are doing. Their pricing was also significantly better than any of their competitors. Many of their products are made in Chilliwack so that's also a huge plus for me.
