Sharon and I have gone on a few dates. It’s gone well, it’s been fun and feels comfortable. We have a few more dates planned. So I wish to continue with her, to see if we can make something out of it. So please don’t match me with anyone else for the time being. Thanks, Billy S.

I worked with Denise and she was incredible. I didn't have the experience that everyone else had. It is expensive however I bargained down to something affordable. I'm now engaged and about to be married in a month.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS AT ALL My first appointment was horrible. I had appointment with Denis at 7:00pm, it was 4:00pm that I called her to cancel my appointment she was pushing me and forcing me to come and when she sea ii came from Burnaby only because of you so please just come here... i can remember that she repeated for 20 time just please come I’m here only for you! Then I felt sad for her and I was thinking ok she came because of me so I’m responsible for my appointment. So I said ok I gonna come today. I was 6:30 when I was there and I paid for my parking spot at Burrard St and I called her to coming down to get me. (Because of the security you cannot entry to the building). I start to call her and I did for 5 time even I left a voice massage that I’m here and it’s cold and I cannot stay outside and because I believed her that she is in office and waiting for me, so she should be able to take my call. (Because I had to pass Lions Gate Bridge I was in the way some early to be on time. I hate be late at appointment but you never know what is gonna happen on bridge ever) So I was there for my appointment but no one was there and you can believe if i say we pass 7:00pm but still nobody answer my phone and i left at 7:10. I was in my car to come back that someone called me and said: “Oh where are you we are here for your appointment”! Never ever try this business.

The matchmaker was late on her initial interview by more than 30 minutes, without notifying me beforehand, leaving me standing outside without being able to reach anyone from the office. Takes more than 3 months for them to match you with someone, and makes excuses for not communicating to clients on time. Over the course of the past year, I have only been matched with two people. Communicates very poorly with clients, and difficult to reach and communicate with. Anytime you try to call them, it will go straight to voicemail and no one seems to actually pick up the phone. They failed to call or message me, even when I asked them to contact me as soon as possible or at a time when I was available. Even once had someone from client services call me rude and impatient for asking why my matches are taking 3 months and longer. The actual matches are poorly thought out by the matchmaker, even after apparently spending over months searching for a good match. Does not seem to listen to information that is communicated to them about what you are looking for in a match, and seems to even alter certain information.

Had an appointment which to my surprise was given to someone else. Total waste of time and very unprofessional organization. By calling the prospective client 3 time before the meeting shows desperation and extreme unorganized behavior when you realize the meeting was cancelled.

The business is a scam that has been banned in several states in the US. Then they moved to BC and have had many dispute/lawsuits. Because of this, they are required to add 'cancellation' term in their contract. To me their goal seems to be getting as much money as possible. I am not even sure whether they are really doing matchmaking or it is just a cover.

Don't waste your time, they stole my money and didn't even live up to their end of the deal/bargain

I waited for 4 months to be introduced to someone. Finally, I was introduced to a person who is completely mismatch to me. Opposite in the education level, life experiences and a social status.
