You would think a company like B.C. Compressor, who have been around for many years, would be good at customer relations / service. This is not the case. I called for a service quote and was told several weeks later that it was coming but they where very busy. I gave up after 7 weeks

They were suppose to come service our air compressor. 6 months later they still can't find the parts to do the service. Called Active Air and they got it done in a day.
