The staff is very friendly and very professional. There are 6 floors. There are even volunteers who come around offering free drinks (coffee, tea, herbal tea, jouice, pop). There is free WiFi in each ward. There is a man at the entrance to help with directions and calling Black Top taxi with their direct line. The hallways are wide and the rooms are big. Outside, there are plenty of benches to sit on at 3 levels. This build in next to the Vancouver General Hospital.

Awesome people that Work there and care for the patients, in my experience since coming here 2017. During my Chemo 2017 nurse Paula was so caring and compassionate This week had a little scare again and my Ultrasound Technician Annalise and Mammogram tech Sarah were so caring and made me feel at ease. I'm moving to Toronto soon, hope I find the same care as BC Cancer
