Easily worst service I have received. They choose to ignore your calls or your requests and will not solve the issues once they are on-site. I have had to have them come back 2 additional times - not once did they give warning of when they would arrive and even came during the window of time I specifically asked them not to. They insisted that they had fixed the issue despite nothing changing. There is no motivation for them to please the customer in any way and they will leave it up to you to continuously chase up on your service requests. Would definitely recommend looking elsewhere as they are not reliable in the slightest. No point leaving a complaint with them as they are sure to just ignore it.
