Went into this location for my first time. They have great selection and the staff knowledgeable in all products. Wonderful experience that I will be returning to get all I need from this store.

Staff at this location is absolutely unhelpful. I needed some assistance as I was looking for a present and I don't know much about products for children. I was completely ignored even though I was the only customer inside the store and kept glancing at staff members behind the counter. They saw I was looking for assistance, but decided to keep ignoring me. I had to drive to Buy Buy Baby location in Vaughan instead of buying something in my neighborhood.

The worker was so rude and not helpful. I felt discriminated. I never want to shop here ever. If you are asian, be careful.

Not only are their products overpriced but their customer service is HORRIBLE. Went on a Sunday afternoon and there were three employees working at that moment and there were two more customers in the store doing their shopping. No one greeted me, or offered to help me find what I was looking for. There are so many other people complaining about the customer service but I think the owner keeps ignoring it. It’s only when they’ll lose their customers that they’ll realize that they should treat people who spend their hard earned money on your store with respect and kindness.

My family and I have been in a few times and each visit has been fantastic. It’s really a great store and staff are approachable. I have to say it’s a bit hard to navigate though because of the weird store layout. Products can be pricey, but I’d go to Babies R Us if I wanted cheap items. Big items will also need to be transferred in from their warehouse, so be aware. Not sure about some the the negative reviews. Not being greeted? No deliveries on online purchases (not true as I have purchased from their website before)? Staff following store policy? Let me just say I wouldn’t want my baby in a car seat or stroller that was opened and returned! I once witnessed a woman try to return a product that was purchased 6 months ago. Outrageous! Honey, send your husband in if the only time you’ll set foot outside is to go out for a drink with your girlfriends. This isn’t Costco for godsake.
