Great service over the years. Last time I had my trusty old Outlander here was a timing belt replacement done last year. Jeff is awesome to deal with. the service was costly but Jeff was able to lower the price from what was quoted. He also hooked me up with a free loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. The Outlander is still going strong and hope to keep it for years to come.
Contacted Maitland last week by email, he responded quickly, was professional and took action! My Husband and I were in the dealership one of the days to go over everything needed to proceed with obtaining a vehicle. The next visit in was to pick the option suited best for us, Mark worked wonders! Today we are picking up the vehicle which is such a great turn around, sooo excited! Was on vacation and got low tire pressure warning and made it here just before they closed. Jeff and Brad were awesome, took us in anyway and set up us with a rental to make it through the night. By the time we got back in the morning, they swapped out the junk valves, and had us set up and ready to go without missing any vacation time! Thanks guys!!
