Jen's huge heart for animals really shines through her beautiful smile. She's very patient and kind, perfect right-hand to Dr. Heffernan, whom I've yet to met however. We look forward to returning and being cared for at BAH from puppyhood to big dog years!

Patients for 16 years! Ever since we moved in this neighbourhood, Dr. Heffernan has been the primary-care vet for all our dogs. He cared for all our 6 dogs, from them being puppies to their passing. We appreciate Dr. Heffernan's availability and especially his expertise the referrals: if Dr. Heffernan believes that your dog needs a special procedure, he has no reserve (his ego doesn't get in the way) of telling you that your dog should have a procedure done by a specialist. Our dogs have enjoy great health care thanks to Dr. Heffernan. A special mention must be made for Jen and Jei who work with Dr. Heffernan: they are kind, compassionate adn professional. They deeply care about animals welfare. Great team job.
