Great store, and extremely helpful staff! They helped me find exactly what I needed for a little home improvement project I had to tackle, and gave me some useful pointers to make it as easy as possible for me to get it done. I highly recommend this store!

The few times I've been in here, I find the customer service from the older employees below par, asking questions about certain products they seem very rude especially if they aren't spoken to in French, so I try to ask the younger employees (high school age) which don't really know the details of everything, and unfortunately for them they have to ask the older employees, they get a snotty attitude from the employees they have asked, just for asking questions. My last resort is to go in there just because I know either I'm gonna get treated like second class citizens or the poor kids get the same treatment

Very disappointed... no stock bad cx service I purchase 250 a week there and I'm done. Never going back to that store! Closing my account with them .. would not recommend this small store ... home Depo is where it's at.. home hardware is way over priced! Go in and find out yourself cause you will walk right back out that door!
