Bought a bat for my 8 year oldsold and it dented after hitting only one ball. I brought it back to get another bat but the only one that didn't cost a small fortune was 25% more expensive than the sports store right next door. I asked for them to price match and they refused. I asked to be refunded so I could by the same bat next door and they refused. Bad policies, family of 4 baseball players never going back

Terrible customer service with very hostile employees. Broke a 180 bat after 3 game use, only for them to tell me the warranty was expired (when there was no warranty for the bat in the first place). Tried to start off by saying the bat was never even sold in store (only to be proven wrong after a purchase history review). Employee compared a bat return to returning an apple to IGA when I only asked to be compensated by store credit. Never considering Baseball Town Saint-Bruno for future purchases.

The employee's are super nice and know what there doing. They have good prices and I've been buying all my gear here for a while. It's really nice and has a great selection.

Went there today for the first time. Had to buy gear for my kids which was a bit pricy. Though they steamed my gloves for free for the amount of money I spent felt appreciated. Then the kids spent a good 2-3 hours in the batting cages and had a blast!!
