Even though I wasn't able to make a purchase from them, Aaron provided me with some truly excellent customer service. Other companies would have given me the brush off, but Aaron gave me some great information and was really kind. I know that when my budget permits it, I will come back and give these guys my money - totally worth it!

No one gives you a straight answer. One day the price is this when you go back it’s different. They tell you to send it an email but don’t reply. Frustrating and wasted my entire week to get an answer. I wouldn’t bother. There are other places I’ll be happy to give my money to.
Omg it's TRUE...there is a rude ignorence of customers in this place. Customer service is at a incredibly impressive LOW level. I would not have believed it if I hadn't experienced it....PATHETIC!!
Rude, incapable, snotty, unapologetically incompetent, non computerized ordering system leading to chaos (don't worry, it will be all your fault and besides you \definitely knew\ everything would be late). Do yourself a big favour and save yourself a lot of money and stress - steer clear of this poorly managed insult to customer service. Response to the (boiler plate) response: Your apologies and promises of investigation come a day late and a dollar short. I complained mightily throughout the process of poor customer service but my efforts were always met with sneers and disdain. I won't mention names of the staff I interacted with but if they had name tags I'm sure they would read, Imperious, Goofy, Angry and Aggressively Rude. But to be fair, the staff at the back were helpful and pleasant. Another reviewer mentioned that they met with a very helpful and enthusiastic staff member on their first visit but that that person had vanished by the time they came back to order. I know exactly what they are referring to as I also met that person and decided to work with Barton Bath entirely because of his helpful and enthusiastic approach to sales. That was the end of any semblance of customer service. I did mention to another staff person who seemed to be a manager that your chaotic, indifferent approach to satisfying customer needs may work for some of your customers but that it did not work for me. I assure you I will not be back and I will never recommend you to anyone I know. And for the record, who wouldn't swear at these idiots after weeks of frustration? Pleasant and Cordial? In your fantasies maybe. It is not polite to lie in these reviews, BTW
