We've been dealing with Bartle & Gibson for years now, and they have always been able to help us. If they don't have what we're looking for, they aren't afraid to point us in the right direction (even if that means sending us to another supplier). We always, jokingly, give the staff a hard time (especially Patrick), and it feels like we are really among friends there. I was very sad to see the west end location close, but I'm assuming this is due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Please keep up the good work, and I would also like to say RIP to our dear friend, Art. This place is a wonderful plumbing supply shop, and I highly recommend checking it out.

Very helpful staff... The have gone out of their way to help me on occasion, today for example... I required a rare fitting, systems showed none in stock, staff member went in the warehouse area to physically check for me and came back with the part I needed.
