Went to get the Last free Oil Change . Was part of the Selling Feature for my New Colorado . I had arranged to have the last one Extended .Due to the Lack of Kilometers I Put on my Truck .Not a Problem .This time I go to get the last of the free ones Won't Honor this .I said I wanted to Talk to the Service Manger .He would not come and Talk to me . Well I paid the Full Amount of the Oil Change . Well I Can Guarantee I will never be back for Service or to Purchase any New Vehicles there again . I hope the Service Manger gets a Good Bonus This Year Mike Gillis

Came to the lot initially to browse what trucks they had on the lot as I had poor luck in listowel. I was approached by Nathan, he was very polite and helpful with my inquiries about the new year of the silverados. Nathan got me exactly the truck I wanted spec'd out for my needs and wants. He didn't try to push the heavy price features onto me and there was no pressure. Nathan is for sure the salesman you want to work with on your next purchase. He was patient with the issues I had on my end of things that held up the transfer and didn't push to rush the deal. I would recommend this dealer over the others in the area.
