I just purchased a powerlifting rack, weights, and a mat from Matt, and he is the best. I was nervous about spending close to 2K on this investment and needed some time to research and think. Matt gave the space I needed, wasn’t pushy at all, and was extremely willing to share information as I asked questions. Ultimately, he made me feel great and informed about my purchase, and now I’m fired up. Thank you Matt!

Picked up TRX Force system, paid over the phone with easy pick up. Great sale on TRX. Staff was awesome. Great experience. Love my TRX, it’s an integral part of my training. Travel everywhere with it. Will go back for weights. Life is Good! :)

We purchased a Matrix Treadmill from Matt at the Treadmill Factory, Barrie location about a week ago. Matt was outstanding. He explained the machines in great detail. I explained our needs and he recommended a specific machine and didn’t try to oversell us on a higher, more expensive, model. To expedite the process we picked our treadmill up from Markham. Matt was able to make the arrangements without any issues. We’ve had it set up now for about 4 days and it’s a fabulous machine. Thanks again Matt for your advice and professionalism. Definitely nice to deal with someone who is knowledgeable, honest and willing to go the extra mile for his customers.

The words no customer wants to hear "This never has happened before!". I went to the Barrie store location, sat on a few spin bikes, ordered a bike as they had none stock, paid for the bike in full and was told it would be in, in one week. I was called a week later and was asked to come up and pick up the bike. I went to the store and waited for an hour while papers were shuffled and phone calls were made. Eventually I was told to go home and they would call me as they could not find my bike (I was travelling 70 minutes round trip each time to the store from my home). I was eventually called and was told they sold me a bike they did not have in inventory. I asked what they would do for me and they suggested I buy a more expensive bike, but at the same cost as a new customer would purchase it for, no discount. I drove up once more to the store, realized I was overbuying for this bike as it was suited for a commercial location, not my rec room. It was build to last but had less features than the my earlier less expensive bike. I realized it was one of the few bikes they did have in inventory and what they were trying to do was to get me to purchase this bike to move some stock, not help me as a customer whatsoever. It should be noted the floor staff at the Barrie store were very nice, but management either does not understand customer relations or doesn't care at this time because with gyms closing there is a run on home exercise equipment. The one thing they should realize is that sales runs in cycles (no pun intended) and when the store may be struggling in the future the customers they 'kicked to the curb' back in the good times 'ain't coming back!'. As well as the potential customers I shared this story with, because come on, it is a sad but good story!

I went in to get a 50 kg kettlebell and they didn't have it in stock, so I placed the order and they said it will be here in a week. It came in on time and they called me saying it had arrived, really great value and great service. Definitely be going back to them.

Ordered gym floor interlocking rubber squares to turn our garage into a proper workout space. They had very competitive pricing, and we received our order in 1 week - was well over 50lb order shipping from Ontario to BC! Would recommend these folks!

Purchases a Element (smith) fitness home gym for the treadmill factory. Very good quality equipment but came with missing parts/accessories. Thanks to Matt at the treadmill factory, all my concerns were addressed and handled professionally.

Calf Not!! I was picked on as a kid for having small calves. I had the smallest calves in the playground and throughout high school. Never knew the secret to grow them until my early days of College when I discovered the calf block and leg day. I bought the Fit calf block and never looked back. The staff at treadmill factory were friendly and highly recommended. Lesson of the day kids is never skip leg day.
