Was called on July 3 for pick up of online order was ready, went today and nothing was there. Nothing on computer saying it was there and not much help from staff beyond maybe they shipped it to my actual address which was never specified in my order confirmation. Suggest you go to store directly or just ship, avoid in store pick up at all costs. You will wait longer than shipping direct to you.

Retail is never going to be the same-trying to support small business, I took a couple of clubs in to get repaired and was told it would be a couple of days to repair. I then went in every week for a month to be told a few more days. I finally asked for the clubs back to go elsewhere and was handed the club heads only-so they had time to take apart but not fix. In todays retail environment the only way to differentiate is service- lost this customer.
