Had a great experience at Steele n Ink in Barrie. I've never had ear piercings before, so I was nervous but Brock put me at ease, explained the differences between the piercings and took his time. It made my decisions easier and when it came time to the actual piercings there was very little pain at all. Not only would I go there again but I would recommend it to family and friends. Thanks Brock!

I had a weird experience at the location in Newmarket but I don't see it on Google maps yet. I got a conch piercing here and the piercer used a ring that was way too small. I wasn't educated about it at the time but after a couple google searches I learned that most reputable piercers do not pierce this with a ring because it's harder to heal and ESPECIALLY not with a ring as tight as the one I got. It hurt so badly I had to remove it. I have had many ear piercings before, and a nostril piercing at other places and I have never experienced such pain. It was very frustrating as I thought this was a good place to get pierced. The piercer also didn't communicate well at all. I thought he was marking my ear and next thing I knew he was already pushing the needle through. Every other piercing I have had, the piercer communicated to me what was happening and gave me a warning. I will not be returning :/ Yikes. Edit: I still gave 2 stars because there is a large selection of jewelry and the pricing was reasonable.
I went in for my first tattoo and i went to see mark. guys friendly enough but was very shy. I ended up asking all the questions and im not a very outgoing person at all. mark was very cleanly but i think thats the only positive thing i can say. the guy that cashed me out was rude, had theyre product on the counter and he looked at me and said eally?\. they didnt explain very well how to treat it. i payed 150 for an incredibly small/simple tattoo, that took 15 minutes to pen. dont recommend for first timers.
I was so nervous about getting a tattoo for the first time, but Jordyn (HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER) walked me through the entire process and made me feel so comfortable through it all! She paid close attention to every detail and listened to every request I made. Price was also amazing! My tattoos look so amazing, I've already received so many compliments on it! Will definitely be returning :)
Had my standard lobe pierced here today with Brock. Glad to have them re-pierced after they closed over years ago. Brock was friendly, knows what he is doing and instructed me with aftercare. The whole process was very quick and for the most part painless! I will recommend friends to come here for piercing needs! Brock rocks lmfao
