Not sure how Dan has 15 “ perfect scores “ - but I’m going to be the first to write this unfortunately. Dan completed my shared driveway with my neighbour almost 2 months ago. I called him to explain that my neighbour and I weren’t really “pleased” with the Sealcoating. I explained that the driveway after being washed with water, was washing a brown fluid at the bottom of the driveway, leaving a streaking mark...apparently this is “normal“.... He wasn’t much of help. In fact, he made a point of coming by to drop off his business card without following up or calling to see if the issue persisted, even though he had my number. I guess he has that many clients, he has no desire to do anything with the clients that aren’t happy with his work. You can compare wet VS dry. This is 2 months in...where the streaks are...the \ seal \ is off.

No need to call around. This is the best and most professional driveway sealing company around! Very pleased with how professional they were.
Was given a quote to seal and do a paved ramp to the garage. Spoke on Thursday and was told I would be hearing from him by the weekend to set up a day. The weekend has passed with no call as well as 2 voicemails ignored. If for whatever reason you can not do a job, notifie the customer so they can also move on. Work on your customer service!!
