Trevor is an awesome trainer! I've been working out with him since july of 2013. I have had multiple back surgeries and had a really hard time getting into shape. Since I met trevor I'm jogging and feeling confident in the gym. I no longer suffer with back pain and feel strong again. Thanks Trevor for helping me overcome my physical limitations, this changed my life in a lot of ways.:-)
