Sapphire roofing did a great job on my metal roof. During the installation some minor damage was done to my neighbour's home but they were extremely easy to work with to get that sorted out and repaired. It made the process extremely easy and smooth - no back and forth about the issue at all. They have been lovely to work with and very communicative. I'm excited to work with them again in the spring on another project.

We had a leaking roof in the very hard rain Aug long weekend. Tues after the long weekend we started to call local roofers for quotes. I'll make a long story short and say a fast competitive quote with timely installation and professional service made us chose Sapphire roofing. Dan Jenkins gave us our quote. Ruth co ordinated the job, The team that came worked tirelessly in hot hot humid weather. 5 stars for all. I loved the logo on the company ball caps and Ruth kindly sent one to me. I'm a walking advertisement for Sapphire !!
I was getting an addition put onto my home, and going to have the existing roof re-shingled at the same time. Sapphire was extremely helpful throughout the process, always kept me informed with what the timelines were going to be. Unfortunately with the amount of rain we had received the new addition roof was leaking into my existing home. Sapphire made it a priority to get out and get the shingles on, so no more damage would occur to the house. I appreciate all the efforts the Staff, and roofers at Sapphire did to help with this job.
This company is incredible!!! My mother is 87 years old. She did not want to get her roof shingled, because of her age, but it needed to be done. On Sunday we had a torrential down pour and she called me Monday, crying with water coming in her home through light fixtures and drywall seams. I called Ruth that Monday, a holiday, and we talked through some solutions. Tuesday morning Dan should up and quoted on a roof replacement. Wednesday Ruth called to say a roofing crew would be there on Thursday. The bin, and materials would be dropped off that day. Thursday a crew showed up at 730am and by 730pm my mom had a new roof!!! The Sapphire team was professional, courteous , excellent communicators and followed through on every step of the process. Their prices were fair and reasonable and they did a fantastic job!! Never in my 35 years of dealing with companies and contractors have I had such a great experience. Customer service, response time, quality of workmanship, they have it all. We are extremely grateful to Ruth and her team for helping my mother resolve her roofing/water issues. A great company to deal with. With all our thanks!!!
On Wednesday July 8 2020, Sapphire roofing came and supplied me with a new roof. Right from the on set of my initial call, Sapphire has not let me down. Dan came the day after I called, he was professional and pleasant to speak with, and had a real reasonable quote for myself and my neighbour in just a few minutes. The day the crew showed up, they were also very professional, they were a crew of 6, they covered everything close to the house with tarp, they all knew their job and they did it with what seemed to me a sense of pride in their work. It was one of our hottest days of the year, this crew still had my roof done the same day. Sapphire had stuck to their word. I will be recommending Sapphire as often as I can. Thank you Sapphire.
