I just had another great experience at this store. I received a new phone in the mail because my old phone wouldn't hold a charge. I was having trouble transfering from old to new and Josh came to the rescue. What a wonderful young man and very knowledgable and showed SO much patience. I had the phone so didn't buy a thing and took up almost 2 hours of his time; incredible service! Very calm and super clean store and Josh went out of his way to figure things out for me. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Exceptional customer service at this Rogers location. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The day I visited this location I had Brad helping me and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and very interested in helping me get the best deal I could get. Even though there's a Rogers store closer to my house, I will definitely go to this location instead again.

The staff here are fantastic. Probably my best experience at a Rogers store. Courtney was the staff member who helped me directly and she was great. I had to upgrade my phone and she was able to get one in from another store in time for me to go camping. The other staff all seemed really awesome as well and they kindly let me bring my small dogs in to wait while my phone data was being transferred to my new device. I will be telling everyone I know that needs a Rogers store to go to this location. Very rarely has dealing with Rogers or a Rogers store left me in a better mood than when I arrived and they certainly did here. Very pleasant experience.

Went in today after losing my phone in a house fire two days ago, staff not only were polite about assisting with the phone but also were very kind and supportive towards myself and mother and our situation. I believe one staff member was Josh?(sorry if I’m wrong) but was nicer than anything as was all other staff. Even held the door for us as we left. We’re not local to Barrie but will DEFINITELY be coming back to this shop in particular for all business thanks to this great experience
