They contacted me to say they were going to be a couple hours early . Ian & Tim were very friendly and placed mats down. They even reinstalled the ceiling tiles I moved out of the way for them. They performed great workmanship and went beyond expectations. The fire alarm gentleman was also excellent and professional. Thanks for making my new instillation a great experience.

Lee came to install our water softener. He’s extremely personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how to use it and also explained the difference in salts. He was very COVID friendly and wore a mask and kept his distance. He left everything neat and today. Highly recommend
I can’t say enough good things about my Sales Rep Mike G and his install team at Reliance. They were amazing. Mike got us an amazing furnace at a fair price and helped us take advantage of the current promotions. They installed our new furnace the next day! Mike even showed up to make sure the install was going smoothly. The install team were incredibly friendly, thorough, efficient and tidy, my house was spotless when they left... and it’s winter! They went over everything with the new furnace and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. My husband and I are extremely happy.
Lee was a subcontractor that did the install for our water softener, he was such a professional when doing the job went above and beyond. We were told about a few issues we might have when we got our quote. When Lee should up he took care up them without any issues and cleaned up most of our other plumbing in the area and space issues. If I ever need a plumber this will be the first person I call. Thank you Lee for your services and going way above and beyond the service that was requested. Lee has a great personality and is very easy to talk with and gives great tricks and tips to help you when he leaves.
I had the pleasure of meeting some great installers yesterday Mason, Tyler & Chase. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank-you Mason and Tyler to what might seem like a simple task to your everyday job means so much more to us since we now have an extension of our home that is now heated and will provide hours of enjoyment to our children as well as our family. Chase we now have a very well protected house all googled up and a sense of peace of mind. From the camera’s installed inside and out to the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors our family is safe. Now I’m going to tell ya a little story about how Chase hooked up our doorbell camera and Mason and Tyler didn’t realize we could hear everything they were saying outside. I have to say it was the professionalism and hard work that they worked so well cohesively together to get the project done efficiently, quickly. I work at Base Borden medical school and I know that YOU guys are also in the front lines of whats going on during these crazy pandemic times. People need you just as much as the other front line workers do to live in their homes. I know that you guys are taking the precautions when you show up going into peoples homes everyday and that is awesome keep it going.
