Orkin is a pest control company second to none. They have representatives in every area no matter how small. John Young, the representative for Wasaga and area, is polite, thorough and professional. He explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it and kept me regularly updated. Main office is equally supportive. They all work as a team to get the job done. I highly recommend them.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE to say the least!!!! We had no choice but go with them, as that is what our building ordered. We were suppose to get a bed bug treatment done. They cancelled on us twice before they finally did the treatment. That means we had to get the apartment ready, pay for motel and take time off work THREE TIMES!!!! The instructions it came with were very confusing and they constantly picked on something that wasn't working for them. But on their third visit, not much had changed and so they finally decided to do the treatment. It has been almost TWO MONTHS for them to finally get to work!! TWO MONTHS!!! That means we had no curtains, empty furniture and most of our clothes in storage for the two months!! Ofcours we weren't gonna wait two months for them to get the job done and we took matters into our own hands and finally got rid of the bed bugs. It's been just over two weeks since we seen any bed bugs. We wrapped our spring box and mattress into a plastic cover, where all the bedbugs were hiding. But these doofuses decided to remove the cover and release the damn things!!! That was completely unnecessary to remove the covers, which was intended to keep the bedbugs trapped. They made a big mess in my apartment, furniture drawers all over and did not give any respect to my property and my stuff. Two weeks of being bug free and not seeing any bugs, the so called professionals come , and we find a few live ones!!! This service is PATHETIC!!! i don't get why they have such a high rating.
