Please be careful with this company. They will try to make you sign a waiver of liability when they come on site. They do not mention this when they are booking the appointment with you. If you sign the waiver, you are fully responsible for any damage, accident or injury that is caused by the technician. This was for a wall oven. I declined and went with another company that did not ask for any waivers. This is what business insurance is for.

Avoid! after waiting 6 days for an appointment, tech. show up with only a screwdriver. Took a 5 min look at our fridge, charged us with 100 for the inspection and provide a 750 quote claims leaking and other issues. The quote includes a new evaporator a new dryer and 500 labor. He also mentioned that it is not guaranteed to be fixed and still i have to pay for the parts and labor. How it is possible to tell if there is a leak without conducting a leak test? You cant win with customers service, they will just ignore your call. The fridge was brand new sitting inside the box for a year. I called another tech and they fixed it by charging freon and it is working like a charm!

Purchased a LG Fridge 3 years ago with Extended Warranty and was recommended to use this company as they deal with all the repairs for LG... What a mistake that was, Never dealt with worse customer service.. Right off the bat this turned to a bad experience not only did it take 2 weeks to send a technician to my house when the tech came to do the repairs he charged us just too see the fridge and then charged us again for the parts which was promised after 24 hours the fridge will be working again (Which it did not) I called in the following day to let them know that the issue was still happening to the fridge (not cooling) They told me that the tech could not come out till next week and that the tech doesn't know if they can even fix the fridge... If this was the case then say that from the beginning before taking my money charging me for a service that you didnt and can not fix! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY DO THE RUN AROUND AND THE TECS COME IN SAYING THE ISSUE IS SOMETHING ELSE SO THEY CAN CHARGE YOU MORE IN REPAIRS! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOU EYES ON THIS SHADY COMPANY AND BE SURE THAT I WILL BE SENDING THE BBB TO LOOK INTO THIS FURTHER!

Repaired our fridge and let us know what the previous technician had done incorrectly. They ended a months long fridge nightmare with another company that offers service in Barrie, I'd go with these guys again. Good people.
