I have never used Motion before for my wheelchair needs as I have heard many stories. I actually don’t do online reviews at all but for this I felt compelled. I am a very heavy wheelchair user and cannot walk. I was at the Walmart in Bradford tonight and my chair broke. I noticed a Motion van in the parking lot. I left a note under the windshield wiper. Sure enough, Jenny saw the note and called me and actually had the part I needed in her bag. She was so polite and friendly but most of all funny. She entertained me when fixing the chair. I haven’t laughed that hard in awhile. I will definitely be informing people about Jenny’s good service. I asked for her card so I can call her in the future for my wheelchairs. After meeting her I won’t go elsewhere. Thanks Motion! You have a Gem!

I care for someone in my family and the needed a wheelchair and Motion has always been great to deal with in past, when needing assistive Devises. It's been a long tough road during this pandemic, from working with Jody at first, I miss him, but Jenny has sure stepped up to the plate and is helping me with obtaining David's wheelchair.
Our salesman Ray was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great service.
