Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with these people! I had a quote made for what I needed everything ready and they stopped answering. This was last year b4 winter. I followed up with them asking when they will deliver it? All I got was “ahh don’t worry will call you”. Emailed back I called back no communication whatsoever they left me high and dry with no wood after telling me that they will deliver it and call me. Horrible experience stay away from them! Unless you want to freeze in the winter and have no wood then call them!
Read all the positive reviews and agree with comments on great staff, decent prices and good services offered. However, within 48 hours of working with the wood I received, 85% of the pieces bowed, warped, twisted, split, you name it. And this happened with heavy screws holding everything together. I called and was told to bring the wood back to see what could be done, if anything. I wasn't looking for a refund, but hoping for at least some attempt to meet me part way (e.g., replace some of the boards). In short, the staff wanted to help, but the owner was rude and dismissive and didn't care at all that I'd wasted my time, energy, and money trying to work with his product. He basically told me there was nothing he could do, and then he walked away without so much as a sorry, or an offer to replace any of the useless wood. Will never return and will never recommend to anyone.
