My Mother-in-law needed her brakes repaired and they went above and beyond to provide quality service. They offered to switch out her winter tires to her summer tires since they will have the tires off anyways and gave her a loaner car to use while her car was being repaired. Will definitely trust them for repairs in the future.

These guys are SO professional! Dennis and Chris (?) answered my questions, chatted with my hubby, even lent me a car to get groceries while i was waiting! Amazing service! Amazing bunch of people that will tell you 'what's up' when you don't understand this stuff! Yes, it is stated 'A touch better' - I think so! ... this is not a place I'd go to on a monthly basis. SO GLAD to meet you all. I'll be BACK!

Brought the car in for a tire change, but the car came back in worse condition than it was brought in for. Car was safe for the highway and through town until after I brought it in. So unless you plan on running it into the ground anyways, do not bring it in. Expect them to spend all their time inspecting and little time working on the issue. Do not recommend

Was told one price on phone then told another after they looked at it. Was about 60 more then what they said on the phone. Had work done anyways but still was nothing more then what they said they would do so I dont know why they tacked on extra 60. Worked looked well done so....

I am very, very happy with the service here! I really like the people,their honesty and great service! Also, instead of having me wait around, they lent me a car so I could go home, walk the dog and watch a little TV while I waited for my phone call to pick up my car. I had scheduled 2 cars back to back today for snow tyres replacement. After 1.5 hours I went to get my Nissan Pathfinder finding that because of locked wheel they could not do the job.I believe this is a routine question that the girl receiving the car should have asked.Also they claimed that my four season tyres were not good and should be replaced by a new one and suggested that they could only find a specific kind of tyres and I do not have any other choice which I passed for shopping and coming back. In the beginning of the season I had the tyres replaced by the same location and they should have told me at that time. This shows that they are not professional. Also the girl because of my minority look was putting her voice in her throat and demonstrating full rudeness speaking to me in a bad way. I will never go back.
