Meeting truly extraordinary people in life is not only rare, but such a special experience. In our case, meeting Michael was purely coincidental. While at System Fencing in Rockwood, I happened to mention to the sales rep, that our equine farm in Utopia, was going up for sale. So of course I was asked some detail with regards to the farm, and immediately, the sales rep suggested that I contact a real estate agent by the name of Michael Stuart Webb with Remax-Chay (at the time) based out of Barrie. Needless to say, that from our first meeting, my wife and I knew that we had been provided with an agent that was up for the task. Selling a farm is not an easy venture, and as we entered into contract with Michael, it quickly became evident that Michael is exceptionally knowledgeable with farm properties and very well connected in the equine industry. Michael’s knowledge, years of experience, and dedication to process, made the sale of our farm seem effortless, even though we know Michael dedicated countless hours of phone conversations, text messages, and one on one meetings to answer our every question as well as show us numerous properties.
