We just received a fantastic delivery of our new washer and dryer. The driver (Sergei) and his helper were efficient, careful, and courteous and talked me through the options for getting it into place. We really appreciated it! The purchase online, follow up service, and delivery were all spotless...speaking of spotless... there are loads to do!

Do not order anything breakable from this company. I place an order and I received only part it. I was to receive two lanterns and I received one lantern that arrived taking apart broken and destroyed. I just tried to find out where the other one was and they told me it was cancelled on me???? Why because I put in a complained about how the first one arrived!? Really!!! I do not feel that it is my responsibility or my cost to return something in such a destroyed matter, so I asked for return labels that I still have not received. Then to boot, I went to put a review on the item and they rejected it!! They only want good reviews not the truth about things!! This is not from the Barrie but from the company it self! You would think they would have a standard package shipping on how to package and ship breakable items!? One truly upset, dissatisfied customer.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE We were in to buy appliances today and had Donna as a sales associate. She was incredibly helpful, answered all of our questions and was even able to help with price matching.
Love Lowe's especially this location. They have the friendliest staff ever. There's always good sales on and they have the best competitive prices between Rona and Home Depot. (They price match with Rona since it's a sister store)
The self service checkout needs to be updated but the store and staff are perfect
