I visited the clinic recently, and was super impressed from the moment I walked in. The current safety precautions were amazing, and followed closely. The customer service I received was excellent, {even prior to visiting while booking my point} everything was prompted and worked very efficiently together. The Dr, that did my procedure was, in my opinion, the nicest most personable doctor I’ve ever met. 10/10 would recommend this clinic.

I recently went in for a minor treatment, from the moment I entered the building and before I even entered the office they had Covid protocols in place, and clearly posted. You were screened before entering and given clear easy to follow directions.From the first interaction at reception the service was exceptional, friendly, polite and very welcoming. The process was clearly explained at reception and again by the Dr. The procedure involved some minor freezing and I have an issue with needles, the Dr. knew this and made an extra effort to chat me up,talk travel and get my mind on something else. During such difficult times its hard to see many positives, this experience was a refreshing and actually an enjoyable one , it was a high point in my week. I would recommend Laser Health Works to anyone, they truly are a level above anyone else.
I cannot say enough good things about Laser Health Works. The employees are very professional and knowledgeable. They are extremely helpful and accommodating. Dr. Barb is amazing. I have recommended them to many of my friends. I think it is important to note that Dr. Barb and the girls work to accommodate a variety of budgets. There main concern is your well being. Keep up the great work!
From the minute you get in touch with them to ask questions, you know the service you receive at your appointment, will be stellar! Pembe took the time to answer all of my questions over the phone and I immediately knew that I was choosing the right clinic for my treatments. Once in the clinic, the level of covid safety precautions left me feeling super safe. Meeting the team and Dr Barb was like running in to old friends. I loved that Dr Barb and I were on the same page and I loved that the clinic is physician led - for me, these are two very important components! Having lived in Toronto and being accostomed to \Yorkville\ experiences, I was very skeptical about finding similar qualities here in Barrie but Laser Health Clinic quickly proved to me that we might just have better clinic experiences north of the city! Looking forward to repeat visits!
I went to Laser Health Works to get some Co2 laser on a mole. The place was clean and the staff were so friendly and explained everything in an clear manner and it was easy to understand. The office follows the Covid safety protocols so well. The experience was incredible from start to finish and I would recommend this place to anyone!
